Cancellation Policy:
To secure your booking a minimum $50 deposit is required.
Your booking is not secured until your deposit has been paid. Before a deposit is received, the booking is still open for other clients to secure.
Deposits and payments can be done via direct transfer or pay ID. Please put your name as reference, forward your receipt to me and let me know you have made the payment.
If you can no longer keep your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations within the 48 hours prior to your booking, and no-shows, will renounce their deposit. Cancellations within 3 months of a wedding renounce their deposit.
You will be contacted by text message a few days before your appointment to confirm the details of your booking. If you do not respond to the additional follow up message within 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled
Travel fees are calculated at $1/km return journey. All work involving travel will require a minimum $50 fee.
Makeup up applications and lessons are held in my little home studio in Charlestown. A travel fee will apply if you require me to come to your destination.
Group lessons / workshops prices vary according to style of workshop and number of participants.
